Editing and Linking Elements (Quam 5.3)

The process structure is now stored in the database. In the second step, you must edit the properties of the objects and decide, for example, who is responsible and which documents or manual chapters were included.

In the process drawing, click on the object that you want to edit to obtain an overview of the properties.

Click on the |Edit Element button and fill out the input form. Proceed as described in chapter Data Entry and Linking (Quam 5.3).

Confirm your entries with the |Save button. Proceed in the same way for the other newly created objects.

If objects are missing when filling in the form fields, these must still be created in the appropriate place (in the organizational structure, the management systems, the resources or building plans).
