Organizational structure (Glossary Quam 5.3)

In contrast to the process organization, the organizational structure describes everything a company "has" to create products and services.

Starting with employees who occupy different positions in the hierarchy of the company, through systems such as IT networks to equipment such as machines. This also includes information and its transport media (e.g. forms).
