Checking the Object Uniqueness (Web) (Quam 5.3)

If uniqueness of a content type is activated, the system checks whether the title already exists for an object of the same content type during the creation or editing of a Quam object. If this is the case, a warning message appears below the title field and a warning sign within the field.

When you click on the warning sign, a context menu appears displaying all elements of the same content type and title. If the uniqueness is weak, it can be more than one object. Within the context menu you can check if the element you want to create already exists.

If you do not change the title until you save, only a warning appears, which you can confirm with "OK", and the item is still saved with the duplicate title. Saving is not possible if strict uniqueness is activated, and the warning cannot be confirmed with "OK". In this case, the title of the element must be changed. As soon as you have changed the title and it is not available several times, a green tick is displayed in the title field and the saving is enabled.
