Human Resources Management

Employees are a company's most important asset. The combination of their knowledge and skills is what advances the company. They know this and have a justified right to contribute, perceive and participate. It is becoming more and more difficult to get good employees. To enable new employees accordingly is a challenge. It is therefore more and more necessary to know the know-how of long-serving employees and to keep it much more difficult in the company.
Quam supports you in keeping the critical company knowledge within the company and making it easily accessible to new employees.

Organigrams

The organization chart is the central graphic representation of the organizational structure, which discloses the organizational units and their disciplinary and communication relationships. This provides a clear overview of the management relationships between the individual organizational units.

Manage teams

In addition to hierarchical structural units, there are committees and teams in each organisation as a union of several persons to solve a specific task or to achieve a specific goal beyond the disciplinary organisation.

Organize departments

Departments are groups of several bodies that perform common or directly related tasks in a single area of work and are usually subordinate to one instance (manager or head of department). As an organizational unit, it is an element of the organizational plan.

Job description

A job description is in the Quam a person-neutral or person-specific description of a job, which reflects work contents, tasks, responsibilities, cooperations, roles and relations to other jobs. In the Quam this job description results completely automatically by the affiliation to units of the organizational structure, roles or committees and teams and their integration into the processes.
