Project documentation - Filtered document storage, retrieval and collaborative editing

The project documentation stores documents about the initial situation, contractual service relationships, configuration, organization, use of resources, solution approaches, process and achieved goals of the project. You can store your project documents centrally in the Quam, link them to work packages, and edit them together. A structured folder structure facilitates the storage and retrieval of documents. You can adapt this structure as you wish.

You can store your project documents centrally and edit them together. A structured folder structure makes it easier for you to store and find documents. You can adjust this structure as required.

You can choose between two different views in the document list. The folder structure is displayed by default, but you can also display all documents simultaneously, filter them according to different criteria, or use the integrated search function to find them.

Assign and link project documents - Integrate work packages and employees

Each project document can be assigned to one or more project team members for editing and additionally linked to one or more work packages.

When uploading individual documents to the document library of the project room, you also have the option of sending the relevant document to other team members by e-mail.
