Resource Booking - Define Working Hours for Employees
In the resource planning dialog, employees who have been assigned to a work package can be scheduled for specific time intervals at a fixed number of hours per day. The schedules are displayed in the tabular view in the upper area of the dialog and in the calendar view in the middle area. If two or more planned intervals are congruent, the planned hours are aggregated in the calendar view.
Resource booking in a single project - Tabular overview of all bookings
A tabular overview of all resource bookings per work package and project team member is available to the project management and the project team in the project room. This overview can also be exported to Excel using SharePoint.
Cross-project booking overview - Keeping track of your own bookings
In order to maintain an overview of their own booking situation across projects, each project team member has a cross-project view of all their own resource bookings available on their individual "My Page" page. Resource managers with the appropriate authorization can also display this view on behalf of other project team members. This is especially helpful when organizing substitution rules.
